Kindness is a choice. In choosing to be kind I make a conscious decision to show my authentic self to others. Mindful consideration of others is kindness. Deeds done in kindness with a generous heart are never forgotten. Kindness takes root in the soul and creates blossoms you can share with others. Motivated by kindness I can be a blessing in the lives of others.
Daily Meditation:
Giving and excepting kindness, my soul is of great purposeful use. I am blessed with opportunities to be kind daily. Lasting joy can be found in simple acts of kindness. Kindness rejuvenates the spirit, and blesses all participants and observers.
Daily Gratitude:
Today, as every day I am thankful for you. You are kind to share your time, and focus with me. I welcome you to perform as many acts of kindness as you can today. In acts of random kindness we are being of service to God. We can help foster a sense of universal love, in all we do, simply by being kind. You have done this for me today. Thank you.
