Daily Positive Thought:
This moment is filled with joy. In giving my attention to each present moment I give my attention to joy. In careful observation, I can feel my joy, second by second. I will attend to my thoughts so that each day is filled with endless joy.
Daily Meditation:
Joy is in every breath. Happiness resides in each instant. My focus is on my absolute pleasure to be in the moment. I am mindful that my next flash of joy is only a moment away. I am heedful of the lessons each joyful moment bring me daily.
Daily Gratitude:
Today as every day, I am thankful for you. In this moment I am filled with joy, that you are sharing this moment with me. We are attentive to our ever present happiness. No matter what each moment brings, it has joy and happiness as a backdrop. Thank you for your attention in this moment, it has brought joy and happiness from you to me. In the next moment know that you have my joy and blessings.
