Daily Positive Thought:

   I sincerely vow to be true to myself, and consciously practice the promises above in all others. This vow I will uphold, it will be the light that guides me, keeping me warm, in a sometimes cold and uncaring world. When I encounter others who may be shaken, and barely able to shine their inner light, I will give them my vow, and renew their own light within them. Many are lost, I vow to shine my light on my own true path so they know they are not alone.

Daily Meditation:

   Inside of me there is a place where the complete stillness, is a breathless wonder. In this place I am aware of life's perfection, and my own. In this place my most authentic self resides. I promise myself to visit often, and bring into the world the loving wisdom and peace found there. May my daily meditation be a journey that never ends.
